Soy Marinated Salmon
Even if you aren't lucky enough to have access to a grill in college...(frat house?)...you can still make this in the oven!
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chili garlic paste
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1-4 Salmon fillets
Lime, cilantro, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, for serving (optional)
Whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, chili garlic paste, and brown sugar.
Place the salmon in a dish to marinate and pour over the soy sauce mixture.
Let marinate, covered, in the fridge 2-24 hours.
Grill to desired doneness or bake at 450º F for 12-15 minutes. Serve with limes, cilantro, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, if desired.
